Breakfast Club & Night Cap is a series of early-morning and late-night basketball training sessions built for players who are serious about basketball development.

These high-intensity workouts focus on the fundamentals that separate good players from great ones—shooting efficiency, elite ball handling, and precise passing.

Participants should expect high-volume shooting, purposeful repetitions, and disciplined skill work designed to sharpen your game and build real confidence on the court.

Breakfast Club & Night Cap Training

is built for players who understand that real growth happens outside of team practice.

We run two daily sessions, Monday–Friday:
4:30–6:00 AM and 9:00–10:30 PM—for those willing to work while others sleep.

Each session is limited to just 6 athletes, creating a focused, high-repetition environment centered on shooting efficiency, ball handling, and decision-making.

This isn’t a replacement for your team—it’s your competitive advantage. Designed to supplement developmental and travel programs, these sessions are where discipline meets detail and consistency turns into confidence.

Meet the Coaches

At the core of Breakfast Club & Night Cap Training is Coach Shawn Bridgewater—“Coach Bridge”—the lead coach and daily tone-setter. A high school state champion who played at the junior college and Division II levels, he understands the recruiting journey and the work it takes to earn opportunities. He has helped develop multiple Top 100 prospects and Division I athletes, earning trust for his attention to detail and consistency.

Supporting him is Coach Tyrus Thomas, whose journey took him from LSU’s Final Four run to being selected 4th overall in the 2006 NBA Draft, followed by an 8-year NBA career. Today, he focuses on helping athletes build the discipline, habits, and mindset needed to separate from the pack.
